Ce matin j'ai reçu par la poste une enveloppe contenant une surprise géniale !!

Encore !!

Cette fois, il s'agit d'une surprise de la part une copinaute française Mine du blog Rose and Mine, particulièrement agréable et amusant !!

I've been lucky again !! 

Yes !

This morning I've received an envelope with a great surprise inside !! 

Again !!

This time it's a surprise from an other bloggy friend of mine, a french one : Mine from the blog Rose and Mine, a lovely and funny one !! 

Voici ce que l'envelope contenait : 

This is what was inside the envelope : 

Un joli porte-monnaie avec d'un côté un petit chat brodé et de l'autre côté un espace pour y ranger des mouchoirs en papier. 

A wonderful handmade purse with a little cat enmbroidered on one side and on the other side a space for tissues. 

Pour Mine ce cadeau est en remerciement pour ce snood que je lui avait tricoté dernièrement avec de l'alpaga que j'avais moi-même filé. 

Mine gave me this present by way of thanks for a snood that I had knitted recently with an Alpaca yarn I had spun myself.

Two cats to warm my heart ...

Comme vous le savez, la semaine passée fut difficile à vivre. Mon ami décédé était comme un grand père pour moi ... 

J'ai du m'occuper de beaucoup de choses après son décès, d'une collecte auprès du voisinage, des pompes funèbres et de ma tristesse... 

Je tiens à remercier toutes celles qui ont eu la gentillesse de me laisser un message de soutien. Je les ai vraiment tous appréciés. 

Cette semaine là, alors que j'étais occupée avec toutes ces formalités et mon travail, j'ai reçu un petit paquet de ma copinaute Anna, du blog Annasimplecrochet, en remerciement de mon giveway d'avril dernier ! 

Elle ne savait pas que son cadeau aurait été tant apprécié compte tenu des circonstances ! 

Anna est une crocheteuse talentueuse dont vous connaissez certainement les ouvrages. 

Je suis fière de vous présenter ce qu'elle m'a spécialement crochetée : 

As you know, the last week was really hard to live because of the death of a dearfriend who was like a grandfather for me. I had a lot to do with the neighborhood to take a collection for a commemorative plaque, the funeral and my sadness ... 

I want to say "Thank you" to each of you for your king messages in my previous post. I really appreciated them.

Last week, while I was busy with all the formalities and at the same time my work, I received a little parcel from a bloggyfriend Anna from annasimplecrochet, who wanted to thank me for my april giveway ! 

She didn't how her gift would have been so appreciated considering the event .... 

Anna is a talented crocheter and you probably know her work. 

I'm proud to show what she did specially for me :

Dans mon dernier article, je vous parlais de l'Alpe d'Huez que beaucoup d'entre vous connaissent grâce au Tour de France. C'est toutefois une montagne vraiment spéciale. 

En tant que cycliste, je l'ai montée plusieurs fois. Mon meilleur temps est de 1h13 min pour les 15 kms d'ascension. 

Bien que je sois une très mauvaise grimpeuse, c'est toujours un plaisir de rouler sur ces pentes. 

C'est un col difficile, vraiment difficile mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine ! 

In my last post I've shown you the Alpe d'Huez which most of you know because of the Tour de France. This mountain is special indeed ! 

As a cyclist, (I was a racing cyclist who won many races the last 6 years (in veteran category)) I cycled up several times this mountain. My best time was 1h13min for the 15 kms. 

Although I'm a bad climber, it's always a great pleasure to bike on this mountain pass ... 

I assure you that it's really hard, but it's worth it ! 

Me, always very happy on my bike !!

Some Happy little things

Trois petites choses toutes simples mais heureuses...

Suite à mon cadeau de blogganniversaire, j'ai reçu cette superbe carte de Fiona (Made in a muddle), une gagante, une talentueuse artiste qui a eu droit à son paquet de pelotes de coton, de thé et de bonbons à la rose ancienne, à son petit carnet et d'autres choses encore. 

Merci Fiona !

Following the giveaway in last april, I received this so pretty card from one of the winner, Fiona (Made in a muddle). Fiona is a talented artist who had some cotton balls, some old roses tea and candies, a notebook and other small things ...

En rentrant de mon séjour dans le Périgord, j'ai eu la surprise d'avoir de nouveau été nominée pour un Liebster Blog Award Par Janine de Perle2laine. Merci Janine !!! 

Janine est une sympathique bloggeuse qui avait tricotée deux belles couvertures pour les chats de la SPA et qui me les avaient envoyées pour que je les dépose. (Et c'est chose faite d'ailleurs !).

Toutefois, l'an passé j'ai décidé de ne plus participer à ce type de chaine... si je peux appeler cela ainsi. Je ne suis pas à l'aise avec le fait de nominer des bloggeuses parmi toutes celles que j'apprécie. J'espère Janine, que tu ne m'en veux pas de ne pas poursuivre la chaîne à laquelle tu me convies.... 

Je te remercie en tout cas d'avoir pensé à moi !!!  

Coming back from my stay in the Perigord, I was surprised to have again been nominated for a Liebster Blog Award by Janine from perle2laine.

Janine is a friendly blogger who knitted a few months ago 2 beautiful blankets for cats and sent them to me so that I could give them to the shelter for which, for almost 2 years, I've been collecting blankets, sheets and others stuffs they need for animals. Her 2 blankets are given. 

However, last year I decided to decline any future awards. Since, I've been a free-blog award. There are a few reasons for that but the main is that I'm not comfortable with the fact to choose among all of my bloggy friends to nominate only a few of them. 

Janine I hope you won't blame me not to continue this chain to which you invite me !

I'm truly flattered that anyone might think of my little blog for recognition ...

I'm happy when on a sunny day I can wash my blankets and put them out to dry ...

I'm happy when after the draw for the 3 winners of my giveaway, I'm preparing the parcels ...

One year in blogland for me and my little world with wool and cats. 

This is a great and wonderful adventure ...
I started this blog to share my passion of wool, knitting, crocheting. Today, I can also add spinning to my list !
At the beginning, I had no idea how great was the satisfaction to be in touch with all of you ...
This contact is so rewarding, full of wonderful discoveries of your universe and stimulates my creativity. 
I'm so grateful also for keeping this little blog going on ! 
So, I've decided to thank three of you with a little something.

Un an dans la blogosphère pour moi et mon petit monde de laine et de chats ...
C'est vraiment une aventure formidable et merveilleuse ...
Au démarrage, ce blog correspondait à une furieuse envie de partager de façon élargie ma passion de la laine, du tricot et du crochet. 
Aujourd'hui, je peux ajouter celle du filage !
J'étais loin de penser combien était grande la satisfaction d'être en contact avec vous toutes ...
Ce contact est enrichissant, plein de merveilleuses découvertes de vos univers et stimule ma créativité. 
Je vous suis très reconnaissante de faire également vivre ce petit blog.
